More STEM at the Middle School: Science,Technology, Engineering & Math Rocks!
Today, 7th graders worked on their engineering/coding projects in the library. The students had to design and build a structure for the Sphero Bolt+ robots to use. They then had to code the robots to "use" the structures. This is part of the design process learning target that asks students to use a design process to think through a task, design, prototype, and test out a design. #SCstudents#SuccessReadyCitizens

Today the ES celebrated the 2nd quarter by honoring students this morning that showed characteristics of "Responsibility" and "Bulldog Leadership." As a student of South Callaway Elementary I pledge to:
Take responsibility for my own learning and always do my best. I will behave in a way that will make myself and others proud. I will be a positive role model to other students. I will respect myself, my teachers, my school, and my peers. I will show pride in my school because I am a Bulldog!
Congratulations to our 2nd quarter award winners. It's a great day to be a Bulldog!
